Each chief is required to have a minimum
level of firefighting experience and training prior
to being nominated for election. All nominees are brought before the Spencer Village Board for review.

The team of chiefs noted above has close to 100 years combined firefighting and EMS experience. The membership of SFD and community are honored to
have such qualified emergency response personnel leading SFD.
